A substantial vintage Seidengang butterfly pendant in rich 14k yellow gold with incredible sculptural texture front and back. The square form has a softly irregular edge with a raised butterfly worked into the surface, detailed through the wings and body with bright pink sapphires and small diamonds. Even the reverse is fully worked with the butterfly design continuing across the back.
The pendant weighs 17.9 grams and measures 32 × 32 mm, excluding the bail. Set with 0.25 carats of pink sapphires and 0.25 carats of diamonds. A really cool piece of vintage Seidengang with solid weight, texture and color
