The most insane snake necklace- this one has 16 coiled 18k yellow gold snakes, encrusted with pavé set diamonds, in place of links! The design features interlocking loops shaped to resemble intertwined snakes in the shape of bows. Each snake link is beautifully crafted, with a detailed head and eyes, and each snake carries 28 pavé set diamonds on its back, bringing the estimated carat weight of this necklace to approximately 4.50 carats! The diamonds function as the scales of each snake, adding dimension, detail, sparkle and texture to their little loopy bodies.
Each snake is 10.7 mm in width, and is held to its neighbor using smaller 3.4 mm oval links. The total length is 16", and it weighs 37.8 grams, making it a substantial piece. It is in beautiful condition and I love the dual imagery of this one!
