I absolutely love this large model of the classic Cartier Tank Américaine watch. The large case measures 44 x 27 mm, and is done in 18k yellow gold, as is the buckle. The strap is brown alligator.
The watch is 65.7 grams, and has several incredible details; in the number VII you can find a tiny Cartier hallmark. This watch has Swiss movement, runs well, and also features sapphire crystal. The hands are blue steel swords, and the crown has the quintessential Cartier faceted sapphire crown. This watch features an automatic Swiss movement, gorgeous dial and date window at the 6 o'clock hour marker. A truly beautiful watch, pre-loved and in excellent condition.
