A vintage FRED ring with one of the coolest articulated builds. Crafted in rich solid 18k yellow gold, the entire band is made from interlocking geometric sections that flex and move together, giving it this almost mechanical construction while still feeling solid and substantial on the finger. The stepped pattern wraps all the way around the band with no real front or back, just strong gold design from every angle.
The ring weighs 20.3 grams and measures approx. 10.6 mm wide with a 2.9 mm band height. Fits approx. US size 5, but fits smaller due to the width of the band. Signed “FRED” and “ITALY” with additional hallmarks. Such a dope piece of vintage FRED with serious weight, movement and a very distinct design.
