A fantastic 14k yellow gold Victorian period ring with a cluster of old cut diamonds and incredible enamel shoulders. This one features an extra chunky old mine cut diamond in the center, and is encircled by 10 smaller old cut diamonds, all of which together have an L color and an estimated weight of 0.54 carats.
The diamonds are enhanced by the butter yellow gold, open work details, and most especially the black champlevé enamel on the ring's shoulders. The design is a repeated crossing pattern, reminiscent of thorns, and has some chipping/wear due to this piece's age. She's a size 7.5, and the band graduates in width from 4 - 1.5 mm.
