I love everything about this one. The rich green enamel has incredible depth and the seed pearl trim softens the design just enough without taking away from that bold Victorian color. Instead of the traditional four-leaf clover, this example was crafted with five heart-shaped leaves, giving it an even more unusual look. The center is set with an approximately 0.25 carat old mine cut diamond that adds the perfect amount of sparkle against the enamel.
Crafted in 14k yellow gold, this Victorian lucky charm measures 35 x 35 mm excluding the bail and weighs 10 grams. The enamel remains vibrant, the seed pearl details are beautifully preserved, and the original brooch and pendant fittings remain intact. The pendant bail flips down when not in use, allowing the piece to transition seamlessly between a pendant and brooch while maintaining its clean silhouette.
Victorian enamel pieces with this kind of color, condition, and originality are becoming increasingly difficult to find. A beautiful antique with wonderful scale, vibrant color, and all the charm that makes Victorian jewelry so collectible.
