Double-wrapped rolo chain, 15ct yellow gold, 42.4 grams, measuring 50 inches in length and 4 mm in width. The reverse-doubled links are concave and evenly spaced, finished in a high polish that gives a continuous, structured line with a balanced, fluid drape.
The length allows it to be worn long, doubled, or styled with pendants, locks, or seals. Finished with its original dog clip clasp, preserving an important period detail. In very good antique condition, with light wear consistent with age. A Victorian example, built for durability and intended to be worn and adapted over time.
