A gorgeous Victorian starburst with a strong floral center and incredible openwork throughout. Crafted in 18k gold and silver, the design builds out from a large chunky old mine cut diamond at the center into layered petal and laurel-like forms, then into an outer halo of old mine cut diamonds with raised individual stones around the edge. The darker silver setting gives the diamonds even more contrast against the warm gold structure, and the whole piece has so much depth from the side.
The piece weighs 12 grams and measures approx. 35 × 32 mm excluding the bail. Set with approx. 3.50 carats total weight of old mine cut diamonds, approx. H–J color and VS–SI clarity. Finished with its original bail and removable brooch fittings, giving it the option to be worn as either a pendant or brooch
