A Victorian ring in spectacular condition! This ring is a signet style, done in 18ct yellow gold, with an anchor motif on the face of the signet done in diamonds and black enamel. The enamel continues down the graduated shoulders of the ring, and there are ornate cross designs on each shoulder. The anchor is engraved into the signet face, and filled in with 9 rose cut diamonds for extra depth and sparkle.
The signet doubles as a locket, with a clear panel on the backside containing a lock of hair. The signet measures 11.45 mm in diameter, and the band graduates rom 4.1 to 2.1 mm wide. Inside the band are several hallmarks, including a UK crown hallmark and an "18" mark denoting the gold content. This ring is a size 5.5-5.75.
