This is a fabulous example of an antique, Victorian period spike necklace. This piece features 52 beautifully crafted spikes suspended from a 2 mm woven cord, with each spike measuring 22 x 6 mm. The piece is topped off with a double hook closure on the back, with both hooks radiating from a center dome.
This necklace is a collar length at 15" and fits smaller due to design, and weighs 43.8 grams. This necklace does have wear and age with small nicks and dents in some spikes// reflected in price.
