A antique chunky diamond cluster with a big oval face packed with old cut diamonds and finished with this incredible openwork gold border. The diamonds have that chunky, irregular old cut look I love, set tightly across the center with the warm gold peeking through between the stones. The scalloped pierced edge gives the ring so much dimension from the top and the side, and the entire basket is open underneath so you can really see the old construction.
Crafted in 18k yellow gold and weighing approx. 4.9 grams. The face measures approx. 20 × 16 mm and is set with approx. 2 carats total weight of old cut diamonds, approx. H / VS. The ring is currently a US size 5 3/4 and is sizable. An amazing vintage ring with great finger coverage, chunky old cuts and such a good original gold setting
