The design is a gorgeous crowned heart done in silver, to compliment the 7 lovely old cut diamonds. The silver is backed with 14ct yellow gold, and has a fantastic patina that adds so much depth, especially on the back of the crowned heart, with has a radiating sunburst design. This ring is a size 7.5, has a 1.5 mm band, and the heart face measures 14.3 mm. She's in really nice antique condition, with very minimal scratching, and all of the openwork details on the shank are still perfect. This ring is hallmarked, "585" and "ZI".
