The shallow cut gives it a larger top spread. The emerald has an estimated weight around 2.80 carats, but its spread is around 5 carats, which also makes it a low set and comfortable on the finger. The surrounding old mine cut diamonds taper so wonderfully around the emerald, and have an approximate total weight of 2.40 carats, G - H color and VS – SI clarity. With the surrounding diamonds the top of the ring/ face measures the ring top face measures 23mm x 15mm. This absolute stunner is meticulously crafted in 18 karat gold.
