These beautiful antique hallmarked Russian drop earrings date back to the late Victorian age, from 1850-1901. These have 14k yellow gold backs and oxidized silver settings, and feature a total of 0.60 cttw of diamonds of all shapes and sizes. The topmost diamond in the circle setting is a peruzzi cut, the large diamond in the fan is an old mine cut, and all of the tiny diamonds are adorable rose cuts.
I love the different settings and shapes used in these earrings. They’re reminiscent of elegant ladies’ fans, and the shape gives them a beautiful dangle at 1.25” long. I also love the contrast of the peruzzi cut diamond in the circular setting; and how could you not love that old mine cut?
