Louie's Choice! This antique platinum ring is a perfect example of a burnish setting, with a huge 0.90 carat old mine cut diamond flush set into the slightly gradated/ raised band. This ring is quite small, a size 3.25, and it is slightly sizable, but meant for a pinky or possibly ring finger. The rub-over mounting is executed perfectly, and the chunky diamond is I color and SI1 clarity.
There is an engraving inside the band that is difficult to decipher, as well as numerous hallmarks indicating it's Swedish origin.
