A lovely hand-painted French love token! One side depicts a Roman cathedral against a ducky blue sky, surrounded by foiled leaves and flowers. The other side is a hand-painted portrait of a young woman with a pink ribbon in her white hair and a mint-green dress. This 19th century piece is done in 18 carat gold and measures 29.4 mm in diameter and 3.8 mm thick.
