A highly detailed and beautiful locket in the shape of a horseshoe. This is an antique piece, and has a lot of wear around the edges of the locket, but the face is still in lovely condition and the locket remains functional even with its defects. The face of the locket takes the shape of a hoof with a horseshoe; the hoof is done in yellow gold, the horseshoe itself is done in silver, and the horseshoe nails are represented by six tiny rubies. It still contains its original piece of glass to protect a treasured memento. The back of the locket is gold and quite dented, but still beautiful, especially thanks to its lovely engraving. The sides of the locket are textured to mimic a hoof, and there is a large crack around the top of the hoof/horseshoe. The entire piece weighs 6.4 grams and measures 23.5 x 17.2 x 5.6 mm.
