An exemplary Georgian period mourning ring, featuring both white and black enamel, with the initials "RW". The initials are done in sepia ink, on the white 12 mm face. The 2.5 mm band is waved, in a ribbon style, and has a black enamel relief that reveals the text "Dec 1774, AE 34". There is other writing that is difficult to decipher, but may include the year 1729.
This ring is not sizable, and fits a size 7.5 - 8.
