Refunds or store credits will only be made for items that are sent back in original condition. No refunds will be issued for items that have been sized, adjusted, personalized or otherwise altered either prior to or after purchase. Pieces bought on layaway can only be returned for store credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the returner. Please send your returns with insurance and tracking, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or uninsured in transit.
