Green Guillouche Enamel French Navette Ring

$1,900.00

A remarkable 18th century French ring featuring green guillouche enamel and bright chunky old rose cut diamonds. The green enamel is strikingly vibrant, contrasting the silver bezels and high carat yellow gold. The 25 rose-cut diamonds are bright like shimmering stars set on top a filly detailed split shank. The enamel has two hairline cracks visible under magnification and an old repair to the back side, see photos. This ring is in good wearable condition for its age, but it cannot be immersed in liquids due to the closed foil back settings.
