No refunds will be issued for items that have been sized, adjusted, personalized or otherwise altered either prior to or after purchase. Pieces bought on layaway can are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the returner. Please send your returns with insurance and tracking, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or uninsured in transit. Customs forms must be labelled as βmerchandise returnsβ and we reserve the right to deduct any customs duties incurred for returns from refunds or store credits from items returned from outside the USA.
