Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the returner. Please send your returns with insurance and tracking, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or uninsured in transit.  Customs forms must be labeled as “merchandise returns” and we reserve the right to deduct any customs duties incurred for returns from refunds or store credits.
